We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at TechNest. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our human resources initiatives and supporting our employees’ professional growth and development. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, compensation, and HR policies.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee feedback.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance and enhance HR effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in HR management or related HR functions.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
