We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at TechNest. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our human resources initiatives and supporting our employees’ professional growth and development. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, compensation, and HR policies.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee feedback.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance and enhance HR effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in HR management or related HR functions.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
