UI/UX Graphic Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our Mobile Apps into easy-to-use products for our Users. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets for mobile Apps/Games for Android & IOS Platforms.
• Design Logo/Icons & screenshots according to the industry standards.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how Apps & sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
•  Develop Graphics for social media like Ads, brochures, cards, pamphlets, profiles, logos, and standees etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital agency or product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Experience creating responsive web designs and mobile app interfaces.
• Ability to present and articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a proactive approach to design challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills.
